STATIC DISPLAY CASE FOR ICE CREAM VEE-12H

- The display case has been designed with a display plane for a capacity of 10 to 13 cuvettes, with alternative storage for the same number of cuvettes on display.

- It also has a worktop made of AISI 304 stainless steel and secured glass, tested for a temperature regime of -15ºC to -18ºC. (climatic class 7).

- 10 Vats (360x165x150) exposed +10 Vats (360x165x150) in reserve space

- Built with a white compac quartz worktop, straight heated folding front glass.

- They have been tested in climatic class 7 (35ºC ambient temperature and 75% humidity) working at a temperature regime of -14ºC to -16ºC, thereby offering the best

  performance in all environmental conditions.

- Thanks to the design, the cooling system has two completely independent circuits. The first pre-cools the air, preventing the accumulation of frost on the ice cream,

  and the second produces a reduction in temperature so that the display case reaches optimal cold conditions with optimized air circulation and unification of temperatures.

- Temperature and defrost regulated by a digital controller -15/-18ºC

- Defrost by hot gas.

- Stainless steel evaporative tray with electrical, thermoregulated and removable resistance.
